The Family Room was spacious which was great for our group. The kitchenette was handy but the chairs were pretty worn out. The A/C leaked one night, but maintenance came quickly to fix it. Unfortunately, they left the mess for us to clean up. Pretty comfy, just needs a little attention for the details!

The rocky seabed was a disappointment, especially without stairs from the pier to avoid the slippery rocks. Noise from a nearby party kept us up late one night, and the sofa bed wasn't comfortable, leading to restless sleep. The TV selection was limited, lacking Turkish news, and the vent in our bathroom could use improvement. Kids' activities felt sparse during the day with a focus only on evening entertainment, while parents had to adhere to strict visiting hours at the kids' club, limiting family interaction.

Spending Christmas was amazing! The hotel had a perfect location; close to the beach and restaurants. The food was excellent and diverse, and they had many options for vegans like me. The room was comfortable and clean, and we had a great balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcomed.
The pool was too small, and it was crowded during the day, so sometimes it was hard to find a place to sit and relax. Also, the entertainment at night was not the best, and it was a bit repetitive.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed every meal I had. The local cuisine dishes were especially fantastic. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable and we are extremely grateful for their excellent service. The entertainment provided was also top-notch and kept us entertained throughout our stay.
One aspect that I was not particularly happy with was the kids club. Unlike our previous experience, the club had strict visiting and program times, which meant that parents and children couldn't freely come and go as they pleased.
